2.1 Leadership Training Services

EthosStrategy offers live and virtual leadership training sessions designed to instill ethical decision-making and responsible guidance. Each engagement is customized to meet organizational and individual needs.

2.2 Information Products

EthosStrategy provides digital guides, templates, and recorded seminars for self-paced development. These materials are delivered instantly upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Materials

We may ship printed guides or workbooks. Delivery timelines depend on destination and shipping method.

3. Refund Policy

EthosStrategy is dedicated to transparent and fair policies. The following outlines refund and credit options for each offering:

3.1 Leadership Training Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date qualify for full credit toward future sessions. Requests received fewer than 7 days prior are not eligible for credit or refund due to preparation of materials and facilitator arrangements. Issued credits remain valid for one year from the date of issue.

3.2 Information Products

All digital materials are provided immediately upon purchase. Due to instant access, no cancellations or credits are offered once delivery is complete. If you experience technical issues, contact our support team within 3 days for replacement access.

3.3 Physical Materials

Unused items in original condition may be sent back within 14 days of delivery for credit. Customers are responsible for shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Credits are issued after inspection of the item once received.

4. Rescheduling

EthosStrategy understands that plans can change. For leadership training services, you may request to reschedule up to 5 days before the session start date. Rescheduled sessions follow the same validity period for credits as described above.
